Canvas Dx is a prescription-only device. As part of the evaluation process, our partner clinicians will review your information to determine whether a prescription is appropriate for your child.
Is a virtual assessment as accurate as in-person?
Yes! Research shows that evaluating children in their familiar home environment can provide very accurate insights—often similar to traditional in-clinic assessments—while helping kids feel more comfortable and relaxed. Canvas Dx is also FDA authorized, meaning it has been carefully tested and clinically validated. Our results show 97% accuracy in ruling out autism when the result is negative and 95% accuracy in confirming autism when the result is positive.
